ADDISON, Ill. — Developer LCS, investor Harrison Street and builder Ryan Cos. have completed Clarendale of Addison, located approximately 20 miles from downtown Chicago.
Construction started in late 2017 for the 188-unit independent living, assisted living and memory care community. Development costs at the time were estimated at $45 million.
The location provides access to Centennial Park, shopping and restaurants, and it is adjacent to the 21-screen Marcus Addison Cinema.
Clarendale of Addison is one of a series of Clarendale senior living communities from developer-builder Ryan Cos. PFB Architects designed the property, with civil engineering by Manhard Consulting and interior design by Direct Supply Aptura. Life Care Services will manage the property.
