RYE BROOK, N.Y. — Life Care Services (LCS) has promoted Ashley Wade to executive director of Broadview – Senior Living at Purchase College.
The LCS-operated, university-based retirement community is currently under construction at the Purchase College, SUNY campus in Rye Brook, located along the Connecticut border northeast of New York City.
Wade will oversee and manage all operations at Broadview, including leadership for the community, direct and indirect supervision of staff, management of Broadview facilities, collaboration with Purchase College, and ensuring residents’ safety, security and satisfaction.
Wade has served as marketing director for Broadview for three and a half years, during which time she developed and implemented marketing strategies. Her efforts to date have successfully secured deposits for over 90 percent of the 220 available residences at Broadview a year ahead of the community’s expected completion in late summer 2023.
Senior Care Development LLC and LCS Development LLC are co-developing the property, which LCS will operate upon completion.
