COLLEGE STATION, Texas — LifeCare Development is currently underway on the construction of a new senior living community in College Station.
Upon completion, The Blake at College Station will total 100,576 square feet and feature 117 units. Residences will include 73 assisted living units and 44 memory care units.
Blake Management Group will operate the property. Completion is scheduled for 2028.
