GARLAND, Texas — Marcus & Millichap has arranged the sale of Montclair Estates, a 111-unit independent living community in the first-ring Dallas suburb of Garland, for an undisclosed price.
Montclair Estates was build in the mid-1980s and has undergone several renovations since then. At the time of sale, occupancy was approximately 85 percent.
Mark Myers, Ryan Fleming and Joshua Jandris of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller, a private equity group from the West Coast. Rod Llanos and Heidi Castiglione of Marcus & Millichap represented the buyer, a regional Texas owner-operator.
