COLUMBUS and LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. — Mainstay Financial has completed the acquisition of two senior living communities located in Georgia. Together, the properties total 78 units.
The acquisition, which closed at the end of September, includes Ansley Cove Columbus, a 30-unit memory care community in Columbus, and Ansley Court Lawrenceville, a 48-unit assisted living and memory care community located in Lawrenceville.
Mainstay Senior Living, the seniors housing operating company owned by Mainstay Financial, operates both communities.
Mike Garbers of Berkadia brokered the transaction. The seller and sales price were not disclosed.
