Mainstreet Continues 2015 Hiring

CARMEL, Ind. – Mainstreet, the nation’s largest developer of post-acute health care properties, announced four new additions to its award-winning team.

Paul Bowser is Mainstreet’s new senior information technology administrator. His previous experience includes time at Indiana University Health Tipton Hospital and Electronic Data Systems. He has one degree from Indiana Wesleyan University – an associate degree in computer information technology –and is working on another there – a bachelor’s in business information systems.

Meredith Devlin has joined Mainstreet as a new associate counsel. She comes to Mainstreet from Bingham Greenebaum Doll LLP, where she served as a senior associate attorney in the real estate practice group. Before going into law, Meredith was a geriatric social worker with IU Medical Group. She has three degrees from Indiana University – a bachelor’s and master’s in social work as well as a law degree.

Amanda Hauskins is Mainstreet’s new director of human resources. She has both health care and pharmaceutical human resources experience and most recently served as the human strategy director at The Medicines Company, supporting the national sales division. Amanda has a B.S. from Indiana University and an MBA from the University of Indianapolis. She has her PHR (Professional in Human Resources) certification.

Katie Smith is Mainstreet’s new vice president of debt capital markets. She comes to Mainstreet from Regions Bank, where she served as a vice president of commercial banking for over a decade. Katie is a graduate of Indiana University and has a degree from the Kelley School of Business in finance. She serves on the board at Wright’s Gymnastics and actively volunteers at St. Francis Soccer Club.

Carmel, Ind.-based Mainstreet develops, finances and jointly operates health care properties.
