FRANKLIN, Wis. — New Perspective has opened a rental office at New Perspective – Franklin, a seniors housing community scheduled for completion in spring 2020 in Franklin, a suburb of Milwaukee.
The community will be a multi-story building for older adults being built on six acres next to the Milwaukee Milkmen baseball stadium. The building features 149 units in a mix of independent living, assisted living and memory care apartments.
