GARLAND and FORT WORTH, Texas — National Health Investors Inc. (NYSE: NHI) has acquired two skilled nursing facilities in Texas for $29 million. The seller was not disclosed.
The two properties are a 132-bed facility located in Garland and a 132-bed facility located in Fort Worth, both located in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.
NHI will add the two properties to its master lease with The Ensign Group, bringing the NHI-Ensign portfolio to 17 skilled nursing facilities throughout Texas.
NHI funded the purchase using its revolving credit facility.
