RALEIGH, N.C. — NIC MAP Vision, a Raleigh-based seniors housing data and analytics company, has launched a new listings service for brokers of seniors housing real estate.
The service, labeled as “Real Estate” within NIC MAP Vision’s client platform, is the first online and free source of listings for high-quality seniors housing real estate. This service further expands the reach of the seniors housing investment sales community, facilitating access to the thousands of monthly active users on NIC MAP’s portal and offering more than $400 million in deal volume available.
“For years, this has been one of our most requested features,” says Arick Morton, CEO of NIC MAP Vision. “And given that this is such a dynamic time in the acquisition market, we wanted to do everything we can to help the brokerage, buyer and seller communities transact as efficiently as possible without adding any additional cost to the system.”
Listings within the new service may include land parcels, buildings or even full portfolios. To promote privacy, NIC MAP Vision facilitates confidentiality agreements, ensuring NDAs are signed before sensitive details are shared with any prospective buyer. Buyers may, in turn, browse listings and request more information as needed.
As part of the listings process, the brokerages themselves are also highlighted. Buyers can see a brokerage’s contact details, images, recent transactions and other information.
