WINDSOR, Calif. — Oakmont Senior Living, a Windsor-based developer, has added Tricia Ercoli and Carrie Delaney to its leadership team.
Ercoli is regional vice president of sales and marketing for the central region and Carrie Delaney took a role as vice president of sales and marketing for new development.
Before joining Oakmont, Ercoli was vice president of strategy and business development with Sun Mar Healthcare. She also spent time with Encino Hospital Medical Center and Sherman Oaks Hospital, Epic Medical Group – Prime Healthcare as a marketing and communications manager. Before that, she was director of business development and marketing with Longwood Management.
Delaney was a divisional vice president of sales and marketing with Integral Senior Living before joining Oakmont. She also spent time with Atria Senior Living Group as a community sales director before ultimately being promoted to regional director of sales and marketing.
Ercoli graduated from Rutgers University with a bachelor’s degree in communications and lived abroad in Switzerland for five years handling international sales for Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Delaney graduated from the University of Nevada – Las Vegas with a bachelor’s degree in culinary arts management.
