Priority Life Care Promotes Three

FORT WAYNE, Ind. — Priority Life Care (PLC), a Fort Wayne-based operator, has promoted Mark Starks to senior vice president of operations, David Kloster to vice president of operations and Marisa Williams to senior director of sales and training.

Starks is responsible for upholding the profitability and values of Priority Life Care by leading business strategy and operations. He works with the PLC leadership team to determine and develop business needs, goals and initiatives. He has over 15 years in the field and is a nurse and clinical trainer.

Kloster is responsible for the planning and implementation of community operational strategies and tactics to fulfill state compliance, PLC policies and procedures, and the financial health of PLC communities. His role is also responsible for employee growth and retention, as well as motivating community staff to support the wellbeing of residents. He has been in senior living for over 18 years.

Williams is responsible for PLC’s sales and marketing training. She joined PLC at the end of 2021 as a regional director of sales, managing a sales team from 13 communities in Pennsylvania, Maryland and South Carolina.
