NEW YORK CITY — Quadrum Global, an international real estate development, investment and management firm based in New York, has launched Liana, a seniors housing management division.
The brand will launch with four properties:Liana Venice in Venice, Fla.; Liana Austin in Austin, Texas; Liana Sarasota in Sarasota, Fla.; and Liana Naples in Naples, Fla. All four communities total 54 units of memory care and assisted living. The Sarasota and Naples communities are currently under construction, with delivery expected this year.
The owner of the properties is Trrinity Private Equity Group.
The new brand will operate under the Quadrum Senior Living division, which launched in December 2018.
