FT. MYERS, Fla. — REDICO and its affiliate American House Senior Living Communities have purchased a site in Ft. Myers for the development of a 124-unit assisted living and memory care community.
The site is adjacent to Lee Memorial Health System’s Gulf Coast Medical Center. The community will feature 104 assisted living apartments and 20 memory care apartments.
Construction is expected to begin later this month.
REDICO is a real estate developer and investor based in Southfield, Mich. American House operates seniors housing communities in Florida, Illinois and Michigan.
