TRUMBULL, Conn. — Resort Lifestyle Communities (RLC) will host a groundbreaking ceremony Sept. 19 for River Valley, an independent living community in Trumbull.
Located approximately midway between New York City and Hartford, development estimates for the project are estimated at $30 million.
The 180,000-square-foot community will be the second RLC location in Connecticut. The number of units was not disclosed.
