RIVER FOREST, Ill. — Senior Lifestyle Corp., along with Kaufman Jacobs, has broken ground on The Sheridan at River Forest in River Forest, a village just west of Chicago.
Upon completion in early 2021, The Sheridan at River Forest will feature 92 assisted living apartments, as well as 33 memory care residences.
The retirement community will sit on 1.5 acres of land just blocks from Chicago’s public transit system.
