DALLAS — Seniority Inc., a senior living management company headquartered in Dallas, has promoted Jonathan Carrier to chief development officer.
In his new role, Carrier will lead all real estate development, operations and acquisition efforts for Seniority Inc. and Senior Quality Lifestyles Corp. (SQLC), a nonprofit continuing care retirement community operator. During his tenure with SQLC and Seniority Inc., Carrier has secured more than $250 million of financing and completed $150 million of development.
Carrier previously served as vice president at Jones Lang LaSalle, where he was a senior member of the Dallas Market and Project Development.
Carrier is a graduate of Texas A&M University where he received a master’s degree in construction management. He serves on the advisory council for Make-A-Wish Foundation and is on the board of directors for the Children’s Cancer Fund.
