PORTLAND, Ore. — Senior Living Investment Brokerage (SLIB) has arranged the sale of Revere Court, a 30-unit memory care community in Portland.
The facility was built in 2010 and expanded in 2013. It totals 16,300 square feet on two acres of land,
A REIT sold the asset to a local owner-operator for an undisclosed price. The buyer plans to spend money on capital improvements and focus improving occupancy and operations.

“The seller is a REIT divesting of non-core, smaller assets,” says Punzel.
