BARDSTOWN and ELIZABETHTOWN, Ky. — Senior Living Investment Brokerage (SLIB) has arranged the sale of Bluegrass Assisted Living, which comprises two assisted living communities 30 miles from each other in Bardstown and Elizabethtown.
The communities offer a combined total of 84 units on three acres.
A California-based owner-operator looking to exit seniors housing sold the assets for an undisclosed price. The assets are the first acquisitions for a newly formed operator based in the Southeast. The price was not disclosed.
Daniel Geraghty and Bradley Clousing of SLIB handled the transaction on behalf of the seller.
“This is a great pick-up for the newly formed operator to start growing out their portfolio strategically,” says Geraghty.
