Solvere Completes $31.6M Independent Living Community in Richmond, Virginia

RICHMOND, Va. — Solvere Living has completed Aspire at Carriage Hill, a 148-unit independent living community in Richmond.

Development costs for the 177,810-square-foot property were estimated at $31.6 million. Residents have access to the adjacent active adult community, Acclaim at Carriage Hill, and its amenities. Rents for a two-bedroom apartment with patio or balcony start at $2,700 per month.

Solvere Living, the operations management division of Solutions Advisors Group (SAG), will manage the community. A grand opening celebration and ribbon cutting will be held at the property on Thursday, July 25.

Arlington-based Bonaventure Realty Group was the developer. The architectural firm is J. Price Architecture, based in Liberty, Missouri.
