PRINCETON, N.J. — Solvere Senior Living has signed management contracts for five communities in Florida, Texas and Virginia. The company is teaming with local and regional developers and investors near each property.
Tessera of Brandon is scheduled to open in Brandon, Fla., in early 2018. Tessera of Westchase is under construction in Tampa, Fla., and is slated to open in late 2018. Both will provide assisted living and memory care. Besolo Design Group is providing architectural services for the projects.
Now under construction, The Villages of Windcrest in Fredericksburg, Texas, will open in late 2018 and will also provide assisted living and memory care. REES Architects designed the project.
