ALPHARETTA, Ga. — Speak Life, an Alpharetta-based operator, has hired managers for two of new communities in addition to two hires at the corporate level.
Alp Ozsoy was hired as general manager of Holbrook Decatur and Steve Alden was hired as general manager of Holbrook Acworth, both located in suburban Atlanta. The new hires will lead and oversee all aspects of the management of their specific campus.
Kathleen Bienkowski was hired as chief people officer, where she will guide all company HR needs to support company growth, and develop internal HR capabilities to continue to build, enhance and sustain Speak Life’s culture.
Lastly, Cindy Richards was hired as the company’s lead community relations director. Her first order of business will be the $106 million startup at Holbrook Woodstock, currently under construction in the Atlanta suburb of Woodstock. Richards will be responsible for the community’s revenue by driving pre-leasing sales and move-in sales to achieve and exceed budgeted occupancy and average daily census.
