POWELL and HILLIARD, Ohio — Spectrum Retirement, a Denver-based developer, has opened two new seniors housing offerings in the Columbus suburbs of Powell and Hilliard.
Powell Senior Living offers 126 independent living units in a 131,000-square-foot property. The pet-friendly community features floor plans ranging from 400 to 1,224 square feet.
In Hilliard, Spectrum added a memory care program called The Residence Club to Hilliard Assisted Living and Memory Care.
Spectrum has two additional Columbus-area communities currently under construction in Gahanna and Pickerington, both scheduled to open later this year.
