DUBLIN, Calif. — Sundt Construction Inc. has started construction of Avesta Residences at Dublin, a one-acre seniors housing project in the Bay Area city of Dublin.
The four-story building will total 67,000 square feet and offer 80 units of assisted living and memory care.
The architect on the project is LPAS. The project is slated for completion by the end of 2019.
