NOVATO, Calif. — Sundt Construction Inc. has started construction of Avesta Residences at Hamilton Hill, a seniors housing community in the Bay Area city of Novato.
The four-story building will sit on four acres and total 68,000 square feet. The community will offer 80 units of assisted living and memory care.
The architect on the project is LPAS. The project is scheduled for completion by fall 2020.
