CHASKA, Minn. — The Goodman Group has promoted Kim Te Brugge to vice president of operations for its senior living and health care division. She will be based at the home office in the Minneapolis suburb of Chaska, where she will oversee operations for the company’s growing portfolio of 33 managed communities, as well as two home healthcare agencies.
Te Brugge has held several positions within The Goodman Group since 2012, when she first served as a community executive director in Phoenix. In 2014, she was promoted to regional director of operations for Arizona, Montana and Florida.
With more than 20 years of experience in all areas of healthcare administration, Te Brugge is adept at enhancing health outcomes, ensuring compliance and budget management. Prior to The Goodman Group, she began her career licensed nursing home administrator for several sites in Canada and as a corporate management consultant. She later served as a healthcare operations and administration consultant in Chandler, Ariz.
Te Brugge holds a master’s degree in gerontology with a specialization in long-term care administration from Abilene Christian University. She has a bachelor’s degree in physical education, with an emphasis in physical education for older adults, from the University of Ottawa.
