KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Tutera Senior Living & Health Care has completed construction of Tiffany Springs Senior Living in Kansas City.
Construction began in July 2017 for the 289,000-square-foot community, which sits on 4.1 acres in North Kansas City. The property offers 172 independent living units and 89 assisted living/memory care units. Development costs were estimated at $55 million.
The new community is connected via breezeway to Tiffany Springs Rehabilitation & Health Care Center, which offers both short-term rehabilitation services and extended stays.
Partners on the project include Nearing Staats Prelogar & Jones Architects, BHC RHODES engineering firm and Luke Draily Construction Co., all of which are local to the area.
