MINNETONKA, Minn. — New Perspective, a developer, owner and operator based in Minnetonka, has named Ryan Novaczyk as its new CEO and Chris Hyatt as its new president.
Ryan Novaczyk currently serves as president and CFO, while Hyatt is chief operations officer. Their replacements have not yet been announced. Todd Novaczyk, the company’s founder and current CEO, will move to the position of chairman of the board.
Hyatt joined the company in December 2016, reshaping the company’s senior leadership team and operating infrastructure to allow for growth while maintaining standards and discipline.
The announcement comes on the heels of the opening of the company’s new 30,000 square-foot resource center and headquarters in Minnetonka. The building currently has 49 team members and features a 100-seat training center, conference rooms, workstations, collaboration suites, architectural/interior design studio, fitness facilities, and a video production and communications center.
