ROYAL PALM BEACH, Fla. — Validus Senior Living has broken ground on an assisted living and memory care community in Royal Palm Beach, approximately 70 miles north of Miami.
Inspired Living will operate the four-acre community, which has not yet been named. Upon completion, the 88,000-square-foot building will feature 72 assisted living units and 32 memory care units.
The project is part of a new relationship between Validus, Home Communities and Reichman International Realty Advisors. In addition to the Royal Palm Beach development, Validus, Fortress Ventures and Jimmy Holloway from Home Communities plan to break ground on a similar project in Del Ray Beach this year.
A sales trailer is expected to be onsite starting in December, with a planned opening in summer or fall 2020.
