DALLAS — Watermark Retirement Communities has been named the new operator of HarborChase of the Park Cities in Dallas, rebranding the property as The Preston of the Park Cities.
Silverstone Senior Living developed and owns the 134-unit assisted living and memory care community. The high-profile project rises eight stories in the affluent neighborhood of Park Cities and offers more than 14,0000 square feet of terraces.
Silverstone broke ground on the project in March 2016, opening the doors in April 2018.
