FOX LAKE, Ill. — Blueprint Healthcare Real Estate Advisors has arranged the sale of Paradise Park Assisted Living and Memory Care, a 64-unit community in the Chicago suburb of Fox Lake.
A Maryland-based private equity group specializing in distressed assets acquired the community. The seller and price were not disclosed.
Blueprint’s Mario Wilson and Josh Salzman handled the transaction.
