BOSTON — Blueprint Healthcare Real Estate Advisors has arranged the sale of three skilled nursing facilities in the Boston metro for an undisclosed price.
A national, publicly traded REIT sold the 288-bed portfolio, as its operating partner was looking to reduce its exposure to the Boston area. The buyer was a regional operator looking to establish itself in Boston, along with a capital partner.
At the time of the sale, the three buildings were 90 percent occupied with annual revenues of approximately $21 million.
Blueprint’s Christopher Hyldahl, Steve Thomes and Gideon Orion led the transaction.
