MARIETTA, Ga. — Greystone Real Estate Advisors has arranged the sale of a 57-unit assisted living and memory care community in the Atlanta suburb of Marietta for an undisclosed price.
A publicly traded REIT sold the property to a joint venture between Surpass Senior Living and an institutional investor. Surpass will take over operations of the 20-year-old community.
Mike Garbers and Cody Tremper of Greystone Real Estate Advisors represented the seller in the transaction.
