MORRIS, Ill. — Leopardo Cos. has completed a 44,195-square-foot addition and renovation for Park Pointe Senior Living, an assisted living community in the Chicago suburb of Morris.
The new development adds a 60-unit memory care facility to Park Pointe’s existing campus.
Serving as general contractor, Leopardo worked with architect Grubbs & Associates to complete the project.
