CARMEL, Ind. — Skilled nursing developer Mainstreet has added 15 new employees to its headquarters in Carmel, a suburb of Indianapolis.
Paul Baltzell is Mainstreet’s new vice president for technology infrastructure solutions. He has nearly 20 years of information technology consulting and management experience, most recently at the State of Indiana as the chief information officer. Baltzell studied at Purdue University. He has earned several industry and government awards, including a Governor’s Meritorious Service Award. Baltzell also serves as the secretary for Net Literacy.
Ryan Clasey has joined Mainstreet as director of portfolio operations for student housing. He comes to Mainstreet from Trinitas Ventures, LLC., where he most recently served as senior manager of portfolio leasing operations. Clasey has a bachelor’s degree in finance from Illinois State University and a master’s degree in sports business administration from Northern Illinois University.
Kelli Dalton is Mainstreet’s new director of learning and development. She comes to Mainstreet from Defenders, Inc., where she most recently served as director of operations. Dalton has two degrees from Ball State University – a bachelor’s degree in entrepreneurship and an M.B.A. in corporate entrepreneurship.
Kim Ghrist is Mainstreet’s newest executive assistant. She has over 20 years of information technology business development and sales experience, most recently working at CSpring. Ghrist studied at Orange Coast College and Indiana University – Purdue University Indianapolis.
Quinn Haselhorst has joined Mainstreet as senior accountant of insurance. His experience includes time at Ernst & Young and Interactive Intelligence. Haselhorst has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Dayton and a master’s degree from the University of Notre Dame. He is also a certified public accountant.
Jamie Linenberg has joined Mainstreet as the newest production coordinator. She comes to Mainstreet from VMS BioMarketing, where she most recently served as operations manager. Linenberg is a graduate of Purdue University.
Matt Maday is a new senior associate of business development at Mainstreet. His experience includes time at Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Stryker Orthopaedics. Maday has a bachelor’s degree in public affairs from Indiana University.
Michelle McAloon has also joined Mainstreet as a senior associate of business development. Her experience includes time at Ernst & Young in assurance and Cegment in business development. McAloon earned two degrees from Indiana University – a bachelor’s degree in business and a master’s degree in accounting. She is also a certified public accountant.
Julie Michael has joined Mainstreet as a new front desk hospitality coordinator and administrative assistant. She comes to Mainstreet from Euro Motorworks, Inc., where she spent a decade as the front office manager. Michael is a graduate of Indiana University Kokomo.
Troy Reiff is Mainstreet’s new vice president of clinical operations. He worked over a decade at St. Vincent Seton Specialty Hospital, most recently as executive director of post-acute strategies. Reiff earned a bachelor’s degree in healthcare management from Bellevue University and a nursing degree from Ivy Tech Community College.
Ned Rule is Mainstreet’s new managing director of investments. His experience includes time at John A. Levin & Co. Inc., Neuberger Berman LLC/Lehman Brothers Asset Management Inc. and most recently, First Eagle Investment Management. Rule has a bachelor’s degree from DePauw University and an M.B.A. from Butler University.
Sara Sailors is Mainstreet’s newest development manager. Most recently, she worked at McDonald’s USA LLC as a development coordinator. Sailors earned a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University.
Julie Weisenbach has joined Mainstreet as the new director of talent acquisition. She comes to Mainstreet from Medxcel, where she served as manager of talent acquisition. Weisenbach earned a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University. She has her PHR (Professional in Human Resources) certification.
Erin Yost is Mainstreet’s newest development coordinator. Her experience includes time at TouchPoint Support Services, Marquette Manor and Aeropostale. Yost has a bachelor’s degree from Ball State University. She is actively involved with the Coalition for Homelessness Intervention and Prevention in Indianapolis.
Jennifer Allinson is Mainstreet’s newest front desk hospitality coordinator. She comes to Mainstreet from Café Patachou. Allinson studied at Herron Art School.
