Cushman & Wakefield Arranges Sale of Assisted Living Community in New Jersey

FREEHOLD, N.J. — SilverStone Health Care Real Estate LLC has acquired The Brookside, a 160-unit assisted living and memory care community in Central New Jersey, from AEW Capital Management for an undisclosed sum.

Rick Swartz, head of Cushman & Wakefield’s Senior Housing Capital Markets team, Jay Wagner, managing director, and Stuart Kim, associate, represented AEW in the deal.

AEW provides real estate investment management services. SilverStone invests in off-market or opportunistic seniors housing transactions.
