Frampton Construction Breaks Ground on 100-Unit Assisted Living Community in South Carolina

SUMMERVILLE, S.C. — Frampton Construction Co., a regional construction firm, has broken ground on The Blake at Carnes Crossroads, a 100-unit assisted living and memory care community in the Charleston suburb of Summerville.

Mississippi-based Cardinal Ventures is developing the 88,000-square-foot community as an anchor for the master-planed Carnes Crossroads community. The 3.7-acre site will feature medical offices, shops, restaurants, a school, parks and a church.

Frampton expects to finish construction by May of 2017. Blake Management Group will operate the community.
