ORLANDO, Fla. — Avalon Park has planned the construction of a 600-unit seniors apartment community, with construction slated to start later this year.
Avalon Park Developer Beat Kähli, who heads the development team, said construction of the first phase with 200 apartments in Downtown Avalon Park will begin within the next nine months.
The project, with an estimated construction cost of over $100 million, will provide one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, along with recreational amenities located throughout midrise buildings within a park-like setting.
