Grandbridge Arranges $9.5M Construction Loan for 59-Unit Community in Charleston

CHARLESTON, S.C. — Grandbridge Real Estate Capital’s Seniors Housing and Healthcare Finance team has arranged a $9.5 million first mortgage loan for Benton House.

BB&T will provide the capital, which will be used to build Benton House of West Ashley, a 59-unit seniors housing community in Charleston.

Benton House is a developer and operator of seniors housing communities, with a current portfolio of 25 communities in Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, Missouri and Kansas.
