BRISTOL and JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. — Dominion Senior Living has promoted two existing employees to executive director positions at its seniors housing communities in Bristol and Johnson City.

Michelle Bolling, formerly the executive director of the Johnson City community, was promoted to seniors executive director of Dominion’s assisted living memory care community currently under construction in Bristol. The community is scheduled to open this winter. Ava Foster, formerly the business director at the Johnson City community, has been promoted to Bolling’s former role.

Bolling has more than 15 years of experience in senior living and healthcare environments, and has spent the last 1.5 years with Dominion. She received her associate’s degree from Northeast State Technical Community College, bachelor’s degree from Milligan College and MBA from King University.

Bolling has been certified in Tennessee since 2003 as an administrator at Assisted Care Living Facilities (ACLF). She received the Assisted Living Federation of America’s (ALFA, now known as Argentum) Champion for Seniors award in 2010 and attended the organization’s Executive Director Leadership Institute in 2013.

Foster has lived in Tennessee working in healthcare for over 15 years. She received her senior living administrator’s license last year.
