BOSTON — Blue Moon Capital Partners LLC, a Boston-based seniors housing private equity investor, has hired Christopher Kronenberger as managing director of investments.
In his new role, Kronenberger will lead business development and investment origination. He will also be involved in all aspects of the day-to-day investment activity and is a member of Blue Moon’s Investment Committee.
Kronenberger joins Blue Moon following eight years of senior living investment experience with PGIM Real Estate (formerly Prudential Real Estate Investors). In that position he oversaw all of the underwriting and due diligence for new acquisitions and dispositions for the company’s dedicated seniors housing funds.
Kronenberger will work directly with Kathryn Sweeney, managing partner and chief investment officer, investing on behalf of Blue Moon’s senior living fund, Blue Moon Senior Housing I LP (“BMSH I”).
