CARMEL, Ind. — Mainstreet, a skilled nursing developer and investor, has hired three new executives to its Carmel headquarters.
Susan Berry has joined Mainstreet Health, the company’s operations branch, as the vice president of business development. Most recently, she served as the director of operations with IPC Healthcare. Prior to that, she was the director of health services and director of institutional based plans with Bravo Health.
Berry earned her nursing degree from San Antonio College. She is a member of the Case Managers Society of South Texas and the AMDA – The Society for Post-Acute and Long-Term Care Medicine.
Jeff Key is the new vice president of business development at Mainstreet. Most recently, he served as vice president of the U.S. healthcare systems team at The Medicines Company.
Key earned a bachelor’s degree from Western Kentucky University and completed the Program for Pharmaceutical and Biotech Executives at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Scott Roberts is the new director of strategic projects, business development at Mainstreet. He joins Mainstreet from TriMedx, where he served as manager of strategy and product development. Previously, he spent time at Franciscan St. Francis Health.
Roberts holds a bachelor’s degree from Indiana State University and earned his master’s from Indiana Wesleyan University. He received an executive certificate in leadership from the University of Notre Dame and was the recipient of the 2008 Tony and Mary Hulman Healthcare Achievement Award in Preventive Medicine. Scott is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives, Indiana Healthcare Executive Network and the Murat Shrine – Shriners Hospitals for Children.
