MARION, Ohio — United Church Homes (UCH) has promoted Amy Kotterman, a registered dietitian nutritionist, to the position of senior executive director of integrated operations.
In this new leadership role, Kotterman will oversee multiple interdisciplinary service lines at UCH, including middle-market housing, memory care program management and dining services.
UCH serves nearly 7,000 residents across more than 90 communities in 15 states and two Native American nations.
As senior executive director, Kotterman will be responsible for strategic planning, operational excellence and program integration across service lines. She will lead efforts to ensure consistent, person-centered experience for residents, families and staff, while promoting fiscal responsibility and alignment with UCH’s mission and strategic goals.
Kotterman will directly supervise middle-market property managers and serve as a key liaison for industry partnerships.
An employee at UCH for more than 30 years, Kotterman most recently served as director of customer experience. A nationally respected dietitian, she has championed innovation in hospitality and wellness across the senior living continuum.
Kotterman currently serves as chair of the Ohio Health Care Association Dining and Nutritional Services Committee and is a member of the Ohio State University Medical Dietetics and Nutrition Advisory Board.
