BRENTWOOD, Tenn. — American House Senior Living Communities, in collaboration with AEW Capital Management and Winterpast Capital Partners, has assumed management of Traditions of Mill Creek in Brentwood.
The property, which totals 130 units, will be operated as American House Mill Creek moving forward. Built in 2020, the community features 59 independent living, 47 assisted living and 24 memory care units.
American House operates a portfolio of more than 80 communities. This brings the company’s Tennessee portfolio to 12 properties.
