LAND O’LAKES, Fla. — Charter Senior Living has assumed management of a 140-unit seniors housing community in Land O’Lakes, roughly 20 miles north of Tampa. LTC Properties owns the community.
As part of the transition, the property — which comprises independent living, assisted living and memory care residences — has been rebranded to Charter Senior Living at Terra Bella.
Charter and LTC first established their partnership in 2025, when Charter was named as the operator of two communities in Kentucky. Illinois-based Charter’s portfolio now totals almost 75 seniors housing communities across the country.
