ROSWELL, Ga. — Atlas Senior Living, a Birmingham, Alabama-based owner and operator, has assumed management of The Georgian Lakeside in Roswell, approximately 30 miles north of Atlanta.
Cogir Senior Living previously operated the assisted living and memory care community, which totals 95 units. The Georgian Lakeside originally opened in 2016.
Amenities at the property include multiple dining venues, a private dining room, a theater, salon, library, fitness center and on-site therapy services.
Founded in 2013, Atlas operates a portfolio of 40 senior living communities on the East coast and across the Sunbelt region.
