Maplewood Senior Living Hires Brian Geyser as Vice President of Clinical Innovation, Population Health

WESTPORT, Conn. — Maplewood Senior Living has named Brian Geyser to the position of vice president of clinical innovation and population health. He will be responsible for building and leading an innovation governance structure that will fuel new care delivery models, clinical solutions, technology innovations and health strategy initiatives to improve resident health outcomes.

Brian’s responsibilities will include developing new ways to deliver coordinated and integrated care to Maplewood residents by leveraging emerging technologies, population health management strategies, new care models and strategic partnerships. He also will work with external stakeholders such as health systems, provider groups, ACOs, universities, vendors and advocacy organizations to develop strategic partnerships, enhance collaboration, improve care coordination, optimize information exchange and explore research opportunities to achieve positive outcomes.

His work and education history were not disclosed.

Based in Westport, Maplewood Senior Living owns and operates 14 senior living communities in Connecticut, Massachusetts and Ohio. Future developments include Princeton, N.J., Southport, Conn., and the Upper East Side of Manhattan.
