PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla. — Silverstone Healthcare Co., a Dallas-based developer, has opened HarborChase of Palm Beach Gardens, a 120-unit assisted living and memory care community in Palm Beach Gardens.
Harbor Retirement Associates operates the new community. Silverstone’s financial partner on the project is a client of L&B Realty Advisors. Texas Capital Bank provided construction financing. Proctor Construction Co. served as the contractor while BOKA Powell and Thoma-Holec Design served as architect and interior designer, respectively.
Silverstone has two other projects nearing completion: HarborChase of Southlake and HarborChase of the Park Cities, both near Dallas. Silverstone has developed seven upscale senior living communities in Texas, Florida and Virginia.
