Watercrest Opens 64-Unit Memory Care Community Near Tampa

TARPON SPRINGS, Fla. — Watercrest Senior Living Group has opened a new Market Street Memory Care Residence in the Tampa suburb of Tarpon Springs.

The 64-unit community will feature exclusively memory care. It is Watercrest’s second open property under the Market Street brand.

LifeBUILT Architecture designed the property. Development costs were not disclosed.
