FORT MYERS, Fla. — Quadrum Global has started pre-leasing at Amavida, a 32-acre seniors housing campus in Fort Myers.
The 500,000-square-foot community features 460 units of independent living, assisted living and memory care. Development costs were estimated at $95 million.
As part of the opening, Quadrum has launched a new operations company name Quadrum Senior Living Management. Colin Marshall, a 20-year seniors housing veteran, will serve as president of the new company. Heather Batty, a 17-year veteran, will serve as the community’s executive director.
Based in New York and Miami, Quadrum Global is a specialist in the residential and hospitality sectors that was founded in 2009.
