Nonprofit Sells 21,711 SF Community in Florida for $2.8M

LAKE CITY, Fla. — A nonprofit corporation has sold Waters West, a 21,711-square foot assisted living property in Lake City, approximately midway between Jacksonville and Tallahassee.

A limited liability company purchased the community for $2.8 million. The 21,711-square-foot facility sits on 1.26 acres.

Krone Weidler and L.J. Tsunis, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Tampa office, represented the buyer in the transaction.
